Whether you already own a lot or are looking for one of our available properties, we guide you through the early decisions that shape your home-building journey.

Design and Draft: Once we understand your vision, our design team begins creating detailed plans and 3D design concepts. This step allows you to visualize your future home before construction begins. You can explore floor plans, room layouts, and exterior styles while collaborating closely with our designers to refine every detail.

Estimate and Contract: After the design is complete, we provide a transparent, detailed estimate that outlines all aspects of the build. Our goal is to ensure clarity and confidence before moving forward. Once everything is reviewed and approved, we finalize the construction contract and prepare for the next phase.

Selection Process and Construction: Here, the fun truly begins. You’ll experience what we call the “HGTV experience,” where you can view and select custom home features in a 3D environment. From cabinetry and flooring to fireplaces and architectural details, every choice is made to reflect your style. Throughout construction, our dedicated project management team keeps you informed, ensuring quality, communication, and timely progress from foundation to finish.

Move-In and Post Construction: When your new home is complete, we conduct a detailed walkthrough to ensure every aspect meets our quality standards and your expectations.
